Hello Everyone!

Making its rounds on the Internet is the intervention of the Mexican journalist Valentina Alazraki at the Holy See’s conference on The Protection of Minors in the Church. I noted that Alazraki made a reference to the words of Pope Benedict XVI in May, 2010 about sin existing within the Church. Here she is quoting him (Spanish):

This citation was poignant. Pope Benedict’s remark was in direct response to a question from Fr. Lombardi, then director of the Holy See’s press office, about the application of the third part of the secret of Fatima to the sexual abuse of minors.

For her other strong remarks, especially about journalists being the “worse enemies” (peores enemigos) of the Bishops, Alazraki received accolades from some of her colleagues:
