Groundbreaking News from the Carmel of Coimbra

It is with great joy that I am able to release some groundbreaking news to the English-speaking world about Fátima.

The Carmel of Coimbra has constituted a working group in order to preserve and make available the veritable treasure trove of documents left behind by Sr. Lúcia at her death in 2005.

Few people within the English-speaking world know that there is a web site for the canonization of Sr. Lúcia. Even fewer know that it contains a bulletin with news and developments on her cause.

The present news about the constituting of the working group was announced in Portuguese (Bulletin no. 35, year 12). I am able, however, to present to you an English translation. It came in the form of two texts in particular. The first was an announcement made by the Carmel of Coimbra itself. The second was an article written by a Nuno de Pinho Falcão.*

I make available the news via a PDF document with a working translation. Enjoy!

A video news report is also available (in Portuguese) from TV Canção Nova Portugal (see also here and here).

Sincerely,
-Kevin Symonds
