Today, Dr. Chojnowski published a post on his personal RadTrad Thomist website about what he calls the “suppression of Fr. Joachim Alonso to the Spanish-speaking world.” He also claims “50 years ago, Fr. Alonso was trying to get out the fact of the Imposture of Sister Lucy of Fatima.”

In this post, Chojnowski links a YouTube video from the channel  “La Fe de la Iglesia.” Regretfully, the error that I pointed out earlier this year (here and here) is in this video (cf. 13:25 mark).

Owing to the language barrier, it is one thing for the “La Fe de la Iglesia” YouTube channel to make the same mistake. They might not have heard it was debunked in the English-speaking world.

It is quite another for Chojnowski to advertise a video that repeats false information.

Whatever we are to make of this situation, the fact is that false information is continuing to spread.
