Taylor Marshall Repeats an Error

Taylor Marshall continues to repeat the mistaken belief that Archbishop Annibale Bugnini was the architect of the liturgical reforms of the mid-1950s.

Three times within the past week, Marshall has made some tweets about this matter. The first appeared on March 25 in two tweets:

He then wrote a third tweet on March 29:

Repeating this claim, after being told it is inaccurate, shows that Marshall does not listen to criticism. It also questions how seriously he takes scholarship.

New Bella Dodd Lecture!

Dear Friends,

It is with great joy that I can tell you that one of the forgotten Dr. Bella Dodd lectures has been discovered, digitized and made available on the Internet.

Lecture of Dr. Bella Dodd
September 1, 1961
Detroit, Michigan

I strongly encourage everyone to listen to it. Her message is very timely in our day.

This talk was procured by Dr. Mary Nicholas of Maine who has been researching Bella Dodd for several years now. She has permitted the use of this audio recording on my YouTube channel.

Dr. Nicholas also recently gave an interview (her first ever, in fact) with Patrick Coffin and gave him a recording of another forgotten Dodd lecture from May 14, 1962 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Go check them out!

I am presently working on an essay about the Detroit lecture. More as it develops!
