Recent Podcast: Fátima, Russia & Ukraine

Hello!

On February 24 last, I was invited on Reason & Theology to discuss Fátima in relation to the present situation with Russia & Ukraine. The conflict has become a catalyst for various Catholics to question the 1984 consecration.

Nota Bene: I wish to reiterate that without good reason, I cannot surpass what Sr. Lúcia herself has said on this matter. The question of the consecration is an area of Fátima studies that deserves some scholarly treatment. Regretfully, I am unable to do much on it at this time.

Some Reflections on “Russia Will Be Converted”

Hi everyone! I wanted to make this little video to address the meaning of Our Lady’s words, “Russia will be converted.”[1] Some people believe that Our Lady meant Russia would have a religious conversion and become Catholic (and, specifically, join the Latin Church). Other people, on the contrary, maintain that it doesn’t mean a religious conversion to the Catholic Faith.

For my part, I’d like to talk about this debate and present some information for your consideration. It seems best to provide some context, so I’ll do so now.
